Is taking pictures of cannabis the coolest job in the world? I think so!

If you had told me five years ago that I'd be a cannabis photographer...I'd probably say that's a great idea, let's go west. But, I'm from the east coast, so, even as a consumer, the business of cannabis was not on my radar.

Everything changed when I moved to Alaska for a summer in their first year of recreational cannabis.  I became friends with the owners of the lone dispensary in town, and began taking photos for them.

At that moment, I knew I found a way to combine my passions and use them to show the story of cannabis as prohibition begins to end worldwide
